Who asked for a RGB 2 CMYK converter the other day in #stardock?

Right, due to my little problem of not beeing able to remember names very well I forgot who asked for a RGB 2 CMYK converter in #stardock the other day. So if you are out there; here it is.

Note, it does not account for any colour profiles for monitor or printer installed. It's merely using a standard matrix and will therefor not give same result as Photoshop and smilar applications. (If anyone knows of some good reasources about this it'd be much appreciated)
